Three Ways to Build Your Wellbeing

Whether you need immediate support or want to build lasting resilience, there's a programme designed for where you are right now.

Support Now

For those who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or need to reset quickly

When life feels too much and you need relief today, not in ten weeks

Support Now is our immediate wellbeing reset programme. It focuses on the three core stabilizers—sleep, movement, and screen time—that can shift how you feel within days, not months.

No weekly meetings. No group commitment. Just you, a simple daily plan, and the space to breathe again.

A comprehensive 10-week programme to build lasting wellbeing structures

Harbr Foundations is a cumulative wellbeing programme built week by week. Each week adds a new building block to your personal wellbeing structure—from sleep and stress to purpose and meaning.

Small groups meet weekly for reflection, support, and planning. By Week 10, you'll have a complete framework you can return to whenever life feels difficult.

Building Blocks are specialized 6-week programmes that dive deeper into specific wellbeing themes. Choose the areas that matter most to you and strengthen your foundation where you need it most.
