What this programme is (and isn't)
MyHarbr is a structured wellbeing support programme designed to help you steady your day and rebuild helpful routines (sleep, movement, screen habits and practical coping strategies). It is not a medical service, not therapy/counselling, not a crisis service, and not a substitute for professional assessment, diagnosis, or treatment.
When you should seek professional or urgent help
If you are experiencing severe distress, thoughts of self-harm, feeling unsafe, symptoms that are intense or not improving, or you are worried about your physical health, you should seek professional help.
In an emergency call 999 (UK) or your local emergency number. If you are in the UK and need urgent mental health support, you can contact Samaritans (116 123) or NHS 111 (option for mental health where available).
User responsibility & personal safety
You are responsible for choosing actions that are safe for your situation. Use common sense and start gently if needed. Do not do any activity that feels unsafe, causes pain, dizziness, chest pain, severe shortness of breath, fainting, or any concerning symptoms — stop and seek medical advice. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or have been advised to restrict activity, follow your clinician's guidance.
Safeguarding (families, schools, young people)
For school/family use: a responsible adult (parent/guardian/teacher) must oversee access for children and ensure the content is used appropriately. This programme does not replace safeguarding procedures. If there is a safeguarding concern, follow your organisation's safeguarding policy and contact the designated safeguarding lead immediately.
Data, privacy, and deletion
We store only the information needed to run your programme (account details such as email, group membership, and the plans/check-ins you enter). We do not sell your personal data. Data access is limited to authorised system functions and (where relevant) approved group leaders within your organisation for safeguarding oversight. Your programme data is designed to be deleted after your programme ends and any defined retention period (to allow you to review/complete your programme). You can request deletion sooner via hi@myharbr.com.
No guarantees + limitation of liability
Results vary from person to person. We do not guarantee specific outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyHarbr and its owners are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the programme. Nothing here limits liability where it cannot legally be excluded.
What Is Immediate Harbr?
Immediate Harbr strips wellbeing back to three core stabilizers: sleep, movement, and screen time. These are the fastest-acting levers you can pull when life feels chaotic.
No group meetings. No weekly commitments. Just a simple daily plan you can start today and adjust tomorrow.
The Three Core Stabilizers
Sleep
When sleep improves, everything else becomes easier. This is the foundation that makes change possible.
Movement
Movement shifts your nervous system. It doesn't have to be intense—just consistent and intentional.
Screen Time
Where your attention goes affects everything. Small changes to screen habits create space for recovery.
⚠️Important: What Immediate Harbr Is NOT
Immediate Harbr is preventative wellbeing support. It is NOT:
- A clinical intervention or mental health treatment
- Therapy or counseling
- A crisis service or emergency support
- A substitute for professional medical advice
- Appropriate for anyone experiencing severe mental health difficulties
If you're in crisis or experiencing severe mental health difficulties, please contact emergency services or speak to a qualified mental health professional.
