Things to Consider

Maintaining multiple blocks and working with setbacks

The aim is not to create many habits. The aim is to choose habits that are: small, supportive, sustainable.

"Setbacks aren't failures. They're information about what your structure needs."

HOW TO BUILD A SUPPORTIVE HABIT

Choose one habit that:
• Takes less than 5 minutes
• Fits into your existing routine
• Supports wellbeing

Attach it to something you already do:
• After brushing teeth
• Before meals
• At the end of the workday

Lower the bar. Success comes from repetition.

IF CONSISTENCY FEELS HARD

If habits feel difficult:
• Reduce the habit further
• Remove pressure
• Focus on returning, not perfect streaks
• Expect disruption

Consistency does not mean "every day". It means "most days, over time".

Reflection prompts:

WEEKLY TARGET SETTING

Choose one habit-based target that feels:
• Achievable
• Supportive
• Low pressure

Examples:
• 5-minute walk daily
• One daily pause
• Regular hydration
• Evening wind-down habit
REAL-LIFE HABIT IDEAS BY GROUP

Businesses:
• End-of-day shutdown routine
• Regular breaks
• Prioritising one key task
END-OF-WEEK REFLECTION

Reflect together:
• What habit felt manageable?
• What got in the way?
• What helped consistency?
• What would you like to continue?

Progress is built through gentle, consistent practice

Consistency builds trust. Trust sustains wellbeing.
