Immediate Harbr
Short-term wellbeing support when things feel difficult
Important: Please read this page fully
This programme has important boundaries and limitations. Please take time to read and understand the full page before deciding whether to start.
What This Programme Is (And Is Not)
What This Programme IS
- •A short, structured reset
- •A way to reduce mental clutter
- •A way to support the nervous system
- •A supportive starting point
- •A bridge into longer-term programmes
What This Programme IS NOT
- •Therapy or counselling
- •Medical treatment
- •Crisis support
- •A quick fix
- •A lifelong habit model
This programme is intentionally short (7–14 days). It is not designed to be repeated long-term. Long-term change happens through gradual habit-building, which is what other MyHarbr programmes are designed for.
What you're experiencing is understandable
Anxiety, low mood, overwhelm, and stress are very common experiences. They do not mean something is wrong with you as a person. They are signals that your nervous system is under pressure.
This programme exists to help steady things where possible. It provides clear, structured support to reduce mental clutter, support your nervous system, and create some breathing space.
This programme does NOT replace medical or professional support.
If you are experiencing persistent distress, thoughts of self-harm, or feel unable to cope, please reach out to a GP, counsellor, or appropriate service. This programme can sit alongside professional support, but it is not healthcare.
Important boundaries:
- • MyHarbr is not healthcare
- • This programme is supportive, not clinical
- • It can work alongside professional support

Daily Supportive Options
Choose what feels manageable. More is not better. These are options, not requirements. Skipping options is allowed.
Detailed guidance for each option is provided within your subscription.
You are not expected to do everything. Choose what helps.
Designing Your Daily Plan
You will create a simple daily plan that includes:
Non-negotiables (automatically included)
Your chosen supportive options
Plans are viewed on the site or app only. You access them when you need them. There are no prompts, no reminders, no pressure.
Important Programme Limitations
Unlike our other programmes which you may consider when you're ready,
This programme is intentionally designed without:
No daily emails
To reduce mental noise and avoid information overload
No AI-generated prompts or responses
To prevent reassurance loops and excessive analysis
No ratings, scoring, or tracking
To support steadiness rather than performance pressure
These limitations exist to encourage self-paced engagement and protect your mental space during a difficult time.
Before You Decide to Start
Before starting any programme, it's important to understand what support can and cannot do. This page exists to help you decide—calmly—whether this feels like the right starting point for you.
Why a short reset exists
Sometimes committing to a longer wellbeing journey can feel like too much. This short reset exists for those moments.
This programme is intentionally brief. It is designed to reduce overwhelm, help create a steadier base, and act as a supportive first step—not a full solution.
This is not about fixing everything. This is about creating enough calm and structure to move forward.
Support Does Not Have to Be Done Alone
During difficult periods, many people try to manage everything on their own. This is very common — and completely understandable.
However, support from others can make a real difference. This programme is designed to help steady things, but it is not intended to replace human support.
Talking to someone you trust can help reduce isolation, release pressure, and bring perspective. This does not require having the right words, knowing what you want to say, or asking for solutions.
You might choose to talk to:
- •A family member
- •A friend
- •A colleague
- •A trusted adult
- •A professional
- •An anonymous support service
Any of these options are valid. You can choose what feels safest for you.
MyHarbr is a supportive, preventative programme. It does not provide medical, therapeutic, or clinical care.
If at any point you feel that you need more support than this programme can offer, reaching out to someone you trust or a professional is an important and positive step.
This is a starting point, not an endpoint
This programme prepares you for longer-term change when you're ready. Sustainable habits are built gradually. The Harbr Foundations Programme is the next stage—a 10-week journey designed to build lasting wellbeing habits.
This is enough for now.
Small actions matter.
Steadiness comes before progress.
