The Structure of a Week
A preview of how each Harbr session is organised
Every week in the Harbr Foundations programme follows the same gentle structure. This consistency creates safety — participants always know what to expect, which makes it easier to show up honestly.
Harbr Reminder
Each session begins with a brief reminder of what Harbr is — and isn't. This grounds the group in shared understanding before the reflection begins.
"This is a space for noticing, not fixing. For honesty, not performance. Take what's useful. Leave what isn't."
Reflecting on Last Week
Time to share — briefly and without pressure — what was noticed since the last meeting. This isn't a progress report. It's simply observation.
What, if anything, did you notice this week?
Did anything from last week's focus stay with you?
What was difficult? What was surprising?
This Week's Focus
The heart of the session. A new theme is introduced through reading, prompts, and discussion. There's no pressure to have insights or answers — just to sit with the ideas together.
Each week's focus includes:
- • An introduction to the week's theme
- • Reflection prompts for group discussion
- • Space for silence and personal thought
- • No conclusions required
Choosing a Focus for the Week Ahead
Before closing, each person identifies one small, realistic thing to notice or try before the next meeting. This isn't a goal or a task — just an intention.
What would you like to pay attention to this week?
Is there something small you'd like to try?
What question will you carry with you?
"The structure holds us. The content moves us. The group witnesses us."
