Look Inside Harbr Foundations

See how each week is structured

The Structure of Each Week

Every Harbr session follows the same calm, predictable structure. This consistency creates safety for honest reflection.

1. Harbr Reminder

"This is a space for noticing, not fixing. For honesty, not performance. You can pass on any question. The group is the anchor that holds the structure together."

This reminder appears at the start of every session to reinforce safety and acceptance.

2. This Week's Building Block

Each week introduces one new wellbeing block and explains how it strengthens the structure you're building.

Example (Week 2): "This week adds Stress & Regulation on top of our Sleep foundation. When we're well-rested, we handle stress better. When we manage stress well, we sleep better. These blocks support each other."

3. Cumulative Reflection

Each week revisits all previous blocks. This is how habits form — through gentle, repeated noticing.

Example prompts (Week 3):

"Looking back at Sleep: Has your sleep changed at all?"

"Looking back at Stress: What stress regulation strategies have you tried?"

"Looking at Movement: How much are you moving each day?"

4. Focus for the Week Ahead

A small, realistic focus to carry into the week — alongside maintaining earlier blocks.

Example (Week 4): "Notice what you eat and drink this week, and how it affects the other three blocks."

Remember: maintaining previous blocks is more important than perfecting new ones.

Supporting Material for Each Week

Maintaining multiple blocks and working with setbacks
