Getting Started: Implementation for Schools & Universities
Choose Your Education Tier
Select Primary Harbr, Secondary Harbr, or Further Education Harbr based on your learner cohort.
Subscribe & Configure
Your institution lead sets up the subscription and configures groups — classes for primary/secondary, or cohorts for university.
Staff Training & Onboarding
MyHarbr provides structured facilitator guides — no external training course required. Staff are supported through the platform itself.
Learners Join & Programme Begins
Learners join via their class/cohort access code. The programme unfolds week by week, with teacher or tutor facilitation.
Safeguarding Across All Education Settings
Automated Crisis Detection
AI monitoring of community content — any crisis or self-harm language triggers an immediate alert to the designated safeguarding lead, regardless of the time of day.
Teacher & Tutor Escalation Tools
Staff can raise High Urgency concerns at any point through the platform — triggering immediate notification to the CP or safeguarding lead with a full evidence trail.
Weekly Wellbeing Audit Reports
Safeguarding leads receive a weekly automated summary of flagged pupils, open concerns, and low wellbeing assessment scores — every Friday morning.
